Terms & Conditions

By registering for the Maine Homeschool Exchange (formerly the HOME Convention), you agree with the following terms and conditions. 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Event registrations are non-refundable after March 1.  Requests postmarked by March 1 will receive a refund, less a $5.00 processing fee. 

 

No refunds will be issued for requests postmarked after March 1. All refund requests must be received in writing and mailed to:

Event registrations are non-transferable.

 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photographs and videos taken by HOME representatives and others at this event may appear in the HOME Digest, on the HOME website, social media pages or other HOME publications at the discretion of the HOME Board and staff.  Any photographs, video, or audio used by HOME from this event will be used with the purpose of celebrating and promoting homeschooling.

 

ADULT ADMISSION 

I understand that adult admission to this event and/or exhibit hall areas is for the individual adult or married couple specified on the registration form, only. I understand that substituting another adult family member or friend in place of my spouse if he/she cannot attend is not permissible.
