Immunization Requirements

LD 798 Became Public Law in 2019.

 

Public Law, Ch. 154, introduced as LD 798, An Act to Protect Maine Children and Students from Preventable Disease by Repealing Certain Exemptions from the Laws Governing Immunization Requirements, was signed by Governor Janet Mills on May 24, 2019.

The new law took effect on September 1, 2021.
