Teen Spring Formal

Saturday Evening, March 21, 2026, at the Samoset Resort, Rockport, ME

Give your teen an evening to remember! This unique spring formal, with its wholesome approach, is an opportunity for your teen to learn and practice social skills, dance etiquette, build up a reserve of self-assurance, dress up, and have fun! 

Location: Samoset Resort, Rockport (Camden-Rockport Room)

Cost: $45 per student (Must pre-register. See registration link at the bottom of the page. Pre-register, no later than March 6. No at-the-door registrations.)

Age Range: Teens aged 13 -17 (and/or 2026 graduating seniors)

Event Photo and Social Hour: 5:00 - 6:00pm (Samoset Lobby)

Dance Check-in Time: 6:00 - 6:30pm 

Dance Cards: 6:30 - 8:30pm 

Refreshments Served

Optional Pre-Formal Dance Class Tuition and Schedule: $80; Classes held on Thursdays from 1:30-2:30pm, February 26th, March 5th, March 12th, and March 19th at Camden Ballet Theatre Studios (Class not required; must pre-register at the links below, no later than February 1)

Overnight Accommodations at the Samoset Resort 

All parents, guardians, and students must agree to:

• Our Code of Conduct and Etiquette,
• Gentlemen’s and Ladies’ Dress Code
• Refund Policies - A 50% service fee will be charged on all cancellations before March 6, 2026. No refunds after March 6, 2026.
• Optional dance class tuition is nonrefundable.

Code of Conduct 

Both the attending student and parent must read, agree to, and acknowledge their understanding of the code of conduct and dance etiquette.  

Must pre-register, no later than March 6.
