Teen Spring Formal

Saturday Evening, TBD, 2027, at the Samoset Resort, Rockport, ME

Give your teen an elegant evening to remember! On TBD, they will experience a nearly forgotten part of our American culture. This unique spring formal, with its wholesome approach, is an opportunity for your teen to learn and practice social skills, dance etiquette, build up a reserve of self-assurance, dress up, and have fun! 

Location: Samoset Resort, Rockport (Camden-Rockport Room)

Cost: $45 per student (Must pre-register. See registration link at the bottom of the page. Pre-register, no later than TBD. No at-the-door registrations.)

Age Range: Teens aged 13 -17 (and/or 2027 graduating seniors)

Event Photo and Social Hour: 5:00 - 6:00pm (Samoset Lobby)

Dance Check-in Time and "Crash Course": 6:00 - 7:00pm 

Dance Cards: 7:00 - 9:00pm

Accompanying Unit Study: Rhythm, Movement and History - A Dance Across Time (included with registration)

Optional Pre-Formal Dance Class Tuition and Schedule: $80; Classes held TBD at Camden Ballet Theatre Studios (Class not required; must pre-register at the links below, no later than TBD)

All parents, guardians, and students must agree to:

• Our Code of Conduct and Etiquette,
• Gentlemen’s and Ladies’ Dress Code
• Refund Policies - A 50% service fee will be charged on all cancellations before TBD, 2027. No refunds after TBD, 2027.
• Optional dance class tuition is nonrefundable.

Friday Evening Family Event - Camden Ballet Theatre Presents!

Meet Artistic Director, Gabrielle in the Camden-Rockport Room at 7:00pm 

Join Camden Ballet Theatre to learn more about the importance of including a wholesome fine arts program in your homeschool. CBT students will provide demonstrations, and families of all ages will enjoy a "crash course" in ballroom dancing! Put on your dancing shoes for this interactive event!
