X-Boxes, Game-Cubes, the INTERNET, Facebook, and iPhones have changed the way we live, have fun, and interact. Children quietly glued to game monitors for hours have replaced laughter and creativity. They beg to play, whine when they can’t, and even lie about the time they’ve spent on “the gadget”. Teens and pre-teens spend most of their waking hours texting, chatting on Facebook, or ‘tweeting’ on Twitter. Today’s latest-breaking technology becomes tomorrow’s obsession, demanding more time, attention, and sacrifices.
Technology has become a powerful tool and ‘everyone is doing it’…but maybe you feel like you’ve lost control in your own home. Does the chill down your spine tell you that something is terribly wrong? Do you feel like a beast has invaded your home, but you don’t know how to handle it? If so, then join me as we talk together about the timely topic of taming the TECHNO-BEAST!
As a conference partner you will have access to audio recordings of all of Todd's workshop sessions. If you did not register as a conference partner and would like to listen to all of Todd's sessions, register here for $35 and a link and password to the recordings will be sent to you.
Here's a comment from one attendee:
"I really enjoyed all of Todd's sessions. I picked up a few of his books as well and have been implementing his suggestions. I see them making a difference in my marriage and kids already. Thank you!"
Head to the Ellsworth location on Friday morning at 8:00am, March 18 to meet with Todd Wilson in-person for events designed just for you! Following Todd's session, They Look to You, you will have time to meet with other support group leaders to chat and share ideas!
What would a homeschool conference be without vendors! Meet some of your favorite vendors, and discover products and services that are exciting, unique, and of interest to parents, teachers and the homeschool community! Remember to check out any specials or discounts, too!
Visit HOME's 2022 Virtual Vendor Hall. Check back often for updates and additions!
This annual event always features lots of desirable contributions from local businesses, vendors and individuals. Be sure to join in the bidding!

Inspiring music will be provided throughout the event by Messiah's Choir. Messiah's Choir is a ministry of Messiah's Congregation of Maine. Messiah's Choir leads events called "Sing A-part Together Better" (SATB - soprano, alto, tenor, bass) designed to teach families/churches how to sing four-part harmony of Psalms and Hymns. Messiah's Congregation meets for worship each Lord's Day at the China Lake Camp and Conference Center in China, ME. If you are interested in attending any of our ministries, see our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/messiahsmaine or write to email@example.com.
